Holly Marie Combs is an American actress and producer. She is known for her roles as Kimberly Brock in the CBS series, Picket Fences (1992), for which she won a Young Artist Award as Best Young Actress in a New Television Series. Most notable, Combs is known for her role as one of the Halliwell sisters in The WB hit series, Charmed (1998–2006). Additional credits include Pretty Little Liars (2010–2017), Dr. Giggles (1992), and Born on the Fourth of July (1989).
