Thank you for your interest in covering Comicpalooza! Click below to fill out a Media or Content Creator application. The deadline to submit is Friday, June 13, 2025.
Before you apply, keep in mind the following criteria:
- One pass is available for each applicant. Each member of an organization, must apply individually. Applying for a press pass does not guarantee a press pass.
- Media credentials does not give you access to interview Comicpalooza guests. If you would like to submit an interview request and have been approved and a press pass holder, please email media@comicpalooza.com
- Press passes are available to working media who will be writing articles, capturing footage, or audio during Comicpalooza. Qualifying media includes:
- Print/Online: Local, regional, and national newspapers, magazines, and online news publications
- Radio: AM, FM, satellite radio
- Television: Network and cable TV stations
- Press passes are also available to content creators that are covering Comicpalooza pre-event and during the show. Qualifying content creators must:
- Have a combined follower base of at least 5,000
- Regularly update original content on all active platforms and have steady audience engagement.
- Have content that is relevant to the event
- Post one pre-promotional article, post, podcast or video of Comicpalooza to be verified.

By submitting an application for a Comicpalooza 2025 press pass, you agree to follow the Code of Conduct including:
- NO filming, photographing or interviewing celebrities on the show floor during the event. If you’ve been approved for a press pass and would like to request an interview pre-event, email media@comicpalooza.com
- NO filming and posting of celebrity panels in its entirety.
Failure to abide will result in Management revoking your press pass.
